You can make a small book using regular printer paper and cutting it in half. Because I wanted to make a bigger book, I had to cut paper down to 8 ½ by 11 so that the grain was going the short way.
The hardest part was printing the book. It took me a while to learn how to print on both sides of the paper. Most computers will give you instructions while you are printing, but I recommend doing a test print with a smaller signature first. ![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiXEvV1_0j6SOj8GFxB30TN4YaLqmIU0R7u3Pm5LVxtzrd0u70iu3FQEvx35hFslAajJhQ7ZXAcsanN59VjLrmo_J7w1BZ3cFsoKIxvdbQ8zPNLTxCth6uOc9ZvJmQe2e-IeqJ8I-kdsYA/s200/Photo-0047.jpg)

how did you work out which pages needed to be where? make a dummy book?
That's awesome! I never knew you could print registers in Microsoft Word.
I printed pages for a coptic book, which is pretty similar. But I put my document into Microsoft Publisher (and basically it was pretty much a pain to figure out) but it had an awsome end result. :) In my opinion.
I wanted to print a book like this but felt overwhelmed, with good reason it seems. This turned out really cool.
your book turned out beautifully. I absolutely love the way you deccled the edges. I cant ever seem to get mine to look quite that cool. I still feel horrible about knocking your end band off. i'm glad it worked out thought.
Great work, I know how confusing it can be to place the pages back in the printer to print the back side correctly. I have been thinking about printing some fairy tales to bind in a book.
Impressive…! I really like your blog.
Thanks for giving this information
